Analysis of Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment Advocacy Efforts in Jordan

The purpose of the research study is to map and assess advocacy efforts on gender equality and women’s empowerment in Jordan over the past 20 years (2004‐2023). The assessment will identify the main factors for success, failure and lessons learnt, as well as gaps and priority issues to shape the agenda for future collaboration on gender equality. It will serve as a primary source for evidence‐driven advocacy, decision making and programming for a range of stakeholders at all levels.
