We are a research and evaluation firm specialising in fragile and conflict-affected settings. Our staff are based in London and Nairobi. We work on programmes across Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East.
Most of our staff work remotely, with regular in-person days at our Nairobi office or a London co-working space. Research and M&E team members travel frequently for fieldwork, typically spending two to four weeks at a time in project locations.
We are a small firm. That means less hierarchy, more responsibility earlier, and direct involvement in shaping how projects are designed and delivered. It also means you will work across multiple projects and countries rather than being siloed into one programme.

We recruit researchers, evaluators, and operations staff. Most of our research and M&E hires have postgraduate degrees in relevant fields and prior experience working in or on fragile and conflict-affected countries. We also hire junior staff and provide structured development opportunities.
For fieldwork-heavy roles, you will need to be comfortable working in challenging environments, sometimes at short notice. All staff receive security training before deploying to higher-risk locations.
We recruit for both staff positions and consultancy roles. Staff positions are based in our London or Nairobi offices with remote and flexible working. Consultancy roles are typically part-time and project-based, working with our teams on specific assignments.
We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds.
