Bodhi has been contracted by the Danish Refugee Council Kenya and ReDSS to conduct a comprehensive assessment of Kenya's refugee solutions landscape, analysing why progressive refugee policies such as the Shirika Plan and Refugee Act 2021 have not translated into effective implementation on the ground. The assessment will examine political economy factors, stakeholder dynamics, coordination challenges, and resource allocation issues to provide actionable recommendations for bridging the persistent gap between policy formulation and practice in Kenya's refugee response.
