Monitoring and Evaluation for GPSA programme

Oxfam

Bodhi conducted a final evaluation of the 'Improving Education and Health Care Delivery: A Citizens Monitoring Framework for Sierra Leone' implemented by Oxfam and supported by the World Bank-funded Global Partnership for Sustainable Accountability grant. Our team provided the programme with a revised and localised Theory of Action, results framework, and M&E methodology. As part of the final evaluation, the team also conducted qualitative analysis, mapping key themes and content onto a findings, conclusions and recommendations matrix. Data collection took a qualitative approach, with data collection taking place through a desk review, 15 key informant interviews, and 16 focus group discussions. Data analysis utilised triangulation throughout, to verify consistency of findings across different respondent types and sources. This comprehensive support aimed to enhance the programme's effectiveness and accountability, ensuring that its activities and outcomes were well-aligned with local contexts and global sustainability goals.
