Bodhi conducted a comprehensive political economy analysis (PEA) of South Sudan for Oxfam, employing an integrated conflict-PEA approach. The analysis examined governance structures, economic factors, conflict dynamics, regional influences, and stakeholder relationships. Our methodology included extensive interviews with diverse stakeholders in Juba. Based on this analysis, we developed multiple conflict scenarios and tailored programming recommendations for each scenario, providing the client with adaptable strategies for various potential outcomes.
