Sharmista Roy

Sharmista is the Human Resources (HR) and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Manager at Bodhi Global Analysis, where she has led all aspects of HR for the past three years and ensures the organisation’s commitment to EDI is embedded across its work.
She brings four years of HR experience across diverse sectors, including automotive, construction, technology, publishing, and healthcare. Sharmista specialises in streamlining systems and processes and is focused on strengthening policies and practices at Bodhi.

She holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Leicester and an MSc in International Human Resource Management from Queen Mary University of London. Sharmista is a Chartered Member of the CIPD (Level 7).
